Our classes are meticulously crafted and tailored exclusively for the female physique. The exercises and movements are purposefully designed to sculpt and amplify each and every muscle group. Classes are structured with 50-minutes of movement, followed by 10 minutes of breath work for a complete mind-body workout.
private classes
Private individual and group classes can be booked. A minimum of 5 participants for a private group class are required. Private classes can be booked in 30 or 60 minute intervals. Contact us to learn more!
